What’s your current COVID-19 policy?

With the third wave COVID lockdown coming to end, customers may now enter our stores wearing a mandatory mask. 

Can I walk up to the store to buy a product?

Of course! All of our customers are welcome to walk up to any of our three locations in Ottawa to purchase a product at the door while standing outside. Masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times when purchasing a product at the door.

Can I purchase products online?

Dumb question! Of course, you can buy online! Our website has tons of unique vaporizer products to choose from. All of our products can be found and ordered online at www.vapanada.com. You MUST be 19+ years to make a purchase. Your ID WILL be checked at the time of delivery.

 

Can I get my items shipped, and how much does it cost?

In addition to our walk-up and curbside services, we offer FREE shipping through Canada Post on orders that exceed $40*. Shipping costs will be applied for orders under $40. Shipping may be delayed and take multiple business days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A valid government issued ID is required for all purchases and you MUST present your ID when your items are delivered.

 

*Order must be over $40 AFTER any discounts and before HST.

 

Do you offer local delivery in Ottawa?

We bought a brand-new car just so you can get your orders delivered to your door from Monday to Saturday! Local delivery is free on orders over $40*.  A small delivery fee of $5 will be applied for orders under $40. Cut-off time for local delivery orders is 3pm Monday – Saturday.  There is no local delivery on Sundays.  All orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

When can I expect my online order to be processed and shipped?

We process online orders Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm. 

Believe it or not, people place orders at 10pm and then send us a message right away asking when will they get there orders.  Please remember that we are human too and do need our 8 hours of sleep.
