Vapanada Return and Exchange Policy
Vapanada understands that certain products may not function to manufacturer’s standards, and as such, we do offer exchange on select products.
All IN-STORE purchase exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and the original packaging.
All ONLINE purchase exchanges must be submitted through a ticket on your account dashboard page. In subject line put “Exchange” and your order number. In the message, explain issue with the product.
The following is a list of what can and cannot be exchanged.
CAN BE EXCHANGED
- PREFILLED/CLOSED PODS
- STLTH DEVICES
- HARDWARE- MODS, KITS, AIO’S
CANNOT BE EXCHANGED
- OPEN REPLACEMENT PODS
- EXTERNAL BATTERIES
Within 48 hours of purchase an exchange will be offered on defective:
- Pre-Filled Pods
Within 14 days of purchase, an exchange will be offered on defective hardware:
- AIO’s (All in ones)
Exchanges are offered on defective products only. Defects include:
- Auto firing
- Excessive leaking
- Product being DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- Sealed pods that have leaked
For hardware, defects include:
- LED Screens
- Charging port issues
- Battery Issues
- Auto firing
- Chip Malfunctions
Vapanada will not accept exchanges on products/devices for the following reasons:
- Burnt taste.
- Wrong or not liking flavours.
- Products with external damage
- Damage to USB ports
- Damage from leaky pods or tanks (Devices)
